It is a minor planet, but not an astroid.

Even on this planet
which is placed out of the world’s important standards,
life exists.

And to the petit bourgeois
living a minor life on that planet, this is the whole world.

Trivial Planet is an idea about a minor world〞one that exists outside the grand narratives and hierarchies of the cosmos. It is not an asteroid but a subtle, overlooked sphere where life quietly endures. For the petit bourgeois inhabiting this modest planet, it becomes their entire universe〞a self-contained reality that is both intimate and complete.

In moments when isolation drapes its dark curtain over my window, I feel abandoned and disconnected, as if my own room is the whole world〞a lone photosynthesizing organism surviving without external input. Yet, when even the slightest hint of incompleteness emerges, the horizon scatters its veil, revealing distant planets and stars. These unseen realms, though not yet reachable, suggest the possibility of connection〞a reminder that beyond the confines of our immediate world, others exist.
